About
KyleLotter

Kyle Lotter graduated with a BA(Hons) degree in 2016 at University of the Free State.

What better occupation to have chosen than to be a Biokineticist.

Kyle developed a deep passion for treating running injuries as he is a keen runner himself. By being a runner, I not only understand the science in treating a runner but also how important it is to explore and respect my clients view on his or her running goals.

Kyle enjoys the trail running which compliments his love for nature.
He has a few great trail achievements behind his name:

Management of the runner

Most running injuries are caused by overuse of certain muscle groups, too much loading too fast and not enough balance in rest and training.  Working in alliance with the runner’s coach or physio is an essential part of this management and to create a holistic training approach for each athlete.
